医院门诊挂号系统的推广在医院门诊业务中占据着非常重要的作用，为了让医院与病人建立良好有序的业务关系，同时满足医院实际的需要，我们用Powerbuilder开发工具设计了医院门诊挂号系统。

论文首先介绍了MIS的概念、发展历程及其开发的相关关键技术，接着在分析当前医院管理信息系统和挂号系统现状的基础上，提出了系统必要性和现实意义，并展开了详细的可行性分析和需求分析，提出了系统流程图，设计了整个系统的软件机构图，说明了每一个模块所实现的功能。然后，针对系统中的预约，预约报到，门诊挂号，退号，病人信息操作等模块的设计实现过程展开了详细的叙述，并给出了具体的设计效果和相关代码。最后介绍了系统的测试过程，并总结了系统优缺点和设计的体会、感受。

The promotion of the registrable system in hospital outpatient department occupies the count for much function in the hospital outpatient service, in order to let the hospital and the patient establish the good and foreword business relation, simultaneously meet the hospital actual needs, we use the development kit of Powerbuilder to design the system of the hospital outpatient register service.

On the base of the analysis of the current hospital management information system and the current use of the outpatient registers service,the paper first introduce the concept of the MIS and the process of its development and the related key technology of the development,then proposes the necessity and the practical significance of the development of the outpatient registers service system. Then launch the detailed feasibility analysis and the demand analysis to the system development,and then propose the system flow chart,after that designe the overall system software machine composition,and explaine each the functions every module realizes.Then, explain the process of the realization in the view of the design of the appointment,the report of appointment, outpatient registers and registers change and the operation of the information of the patient in detail,produce the design effect and the related code. Finally introduce the goal of the system test,the duty and the method,and summarize the good and bad points of the system,the possibly proposed in the future and the design experience and the feelings.
