目前我国正在进行历史上也是世界上最大规模的基本建设，在未来相当长一段时间内将保持较快增长速度。但由于行业特点、管理水平、文化观念、社会发展水平因素的影响，造成我国建筑业的安全生产形势十分严峻。总的来讲，我国建筑业每年由于伤害事故丧身的从业人员超过千人，直接经济损失逾百亿元，建筑业已经成为我国所有工业部门仅次于采矿业的最危险的行业。

   建设工程项目，作为建筑生产活动的第一现场，其安全生产管理水平的高低直接影响着建筑业的健康发展。建筑工程施工项目的安全管理是一个系统科学，必须以全面的视角对安全事故进行研究，对与安全事故有关的各个因素进行系统的分析才能找到各种事故的根源。本文运用新系统的观点，主要针对安全生产管理，对比分析我国与发达国家之间在建筑工程项目安全管理上的差异，再结合我国建筑业的具体特点从各个角度分析，指出我国在建筑工程安全管理方面所存在的突出问题和解决办法。

   本文的研究成果对于了解国内外工程项目安全管理的差异，分析我国建筑安全生产管理所存在的问题和采取对应措施减少事故发生率，推动建筑行业健康有序发展具有重大意义。

However, due to the industry characteristics,management level, cultural values​​ and the level of social development factors,the safety situation of China's construction industry is very’serious. Generally speaking, China's construction industry every year due to employees over a thousand people lost their lives by injuries, the direct economic loss of over a hundred million. construction has become all industrial sectors in China is second only to the mining industry is the most dangerous industry.
   Construction projects as the first scene of building production activities, the management of production safety level of a direct impact on the healthy development of the construction industry. The safety of the construction project management is a systematic science, must be a comprehensive perspective of security incidents and system analysis to find the root causes of various accidents and safety incidents related factors.in this article,the point  view of the new system, mainly for the management of production safety, comparative analysis of differences in the safety management of construction projects between China and developed countries, combined with the specific characteristics of China's construction industry from all angles, pointing out that the safety of construction projects in China the outstanding problems of management and solutions.
   Result of this article to understand the differences in safety management of domestic and international projects, analysis of construction safety management problems and to take corresponding measures to reduce the accident rate, promote the construction industry healthy and orderly development of great significance.
