日本技术性贸易壁垒对我国茶叶出口贸易的影响研究
摘要:随着经济全球化和贸易自由化进程的推进,茶叶国际贸易非关税措施被取消,关税壁垒也大大降低,但是涉及茶叶质量、安全等的技术性贸易壁垒越来越多。我国是一个农业大国,农业在我国占据着非常重要的地位。由于长期忽视环境保护,环境保护水平低,技术落后,是我国的茶叶出口一次又一次的遭受绿色贸易壁垒的限制,给我国的农业发展和国民经济发展带来了严重的不利影响。目前涉及绿色贸易壁垒的茶叶贸易限制措施己成为农业保护主义的重要形式,对我国茶叶出口贸易产生越来越重要的影响。文章首先介绍了绿色壁垒的表现形式和影响等。接着分析了日本技术性贸易壁垒对我国茶叶出口贸易的影响。最后,有针对性地提出了符合我国实际的政策建议,着重强调了走茶叶贸易可持续发展道路是最好的选择。

Abstract: With the advance of economic globalization and trade liberalization process, the tea of international trade non-tariff measures were canceled, the tariff barriers is also greatly reduced, but more and more involved in tea quality, safety, and other technical barriers to trade. China is a large agricultural country, agriculture occupies a very important position in China. Because long-term neglect of environmental protection, low level of environmental protection, technological backwardness, China's tea exports again and again subjected to the limitations of green trade barriers to China's agricultural development and national economic development has brought about serious adverse effects. Currently involved in green trade barriers tea trade restrictions has become an important form of agricultural protectionism, an increasingly important impact on China's tea exports. The article first describes the manifestations and impact of green barriers. Then analyzed the impact of technical barriers to trade in Japan on China's tea exports. Finally, it puts forward in line with our actual policy proposals, and stressed the need to take the road of sustainable development of the tea trade is the best choice.
